Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Social Publisher (the “Service”), operated by MoveVale Tech, S.L.U. (CIF B05713755), Valencia, Spain (“we”), handles data. Contact: info@movevalencia.com.

Who uses the Service

The Service is used only by our team to manage social media accounts of projects we operate. It is not offered to the public.

Data we collect

• Account connection data: when an account is connected via Facebook/Instagram (Meta), Google/YouTube or TikTok login, we receive an access token and basic profile data of that account (ID, name, username, avatar, channel or page name) and, for TikTok, the creator's allowed privacy options.
• Content: videos, photos, captions, titles, links and scheduling settings that our team uploads.
• Publication results: post IDs, links and status messages returned by the platforms.

We do not collect followers' personal data, private messages, contacts or analytics of other users.

How we use data

Only to publish the content our team scheduled to the accounts our team connected, and to show the publication status. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

We request the YouTube scopes youtube.upload (to upload videos chosen by the user) and youtube.readonly (to identify the connected channel and check upload status). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Service uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (EU/global). Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access to the Service is restricted to authorized team members.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while the account stays connected. Disconnecting an account in the Service deletes its tokens. Uploaded media and logs are deleted within 90 days after publication. You can also revoke access at any time in your Meta, Google or TikTok account settings. To request deletion of any data, write to info@movevalencia.com; we respond within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
